Work backwards from the review time
Start with the appointment or submission time, not the intended travel date. The reservation needs to be accurate and accessible when the file is reviewed.
Allow time to open the PDF, verify the passenger spelling and compare every date with the application. Ordering at the last possible minute removes the chance to catch an input error.
Why ordering too early creates a problem
Airlines place ticketing deadlines on unpaid reservations. A temporary record can expire after hours or days, depending on the carrier, route and system.
Creating it weeks before an appointment does not make the document stronger. It increases the gap between booking and review.
Prepare the details before the reservation
Settle the route, intended entry date, departure date and passenger spelling first. For a multi-city trip, identify the actual exit airport rather than defaulting to the arrival city.
Keep the email address accessible and check that the inbox has space. The completed order is delivered there.
- Passport spelling
- Arrival city and date
- Final city
- Departure date
- Onward destination
Review immediately after delivery
SafeDummyTicket guarantees the itinerary by email within 2 minutes. Open it when it arrives and inspect the passenger block, airport codes, flight dates and PNR.
Download the PDF and store it with the rest of the application. If the reservation must be presented in person, keep a copy on the phone as well.
